Supporting Professionals in Oregon
With over 800 volunteers and 4,100 staff employed by Oregon Boys & Girls Clubs, we work hard to ensure all those connected with this work are sharing promising practices and utilizing shared expertise across the state.
We gathered 40 local Board Members, CEOs and Resource Development staff for a full day retreat in August 2025.

We participate in monthly Program Leader Staff calls, offer training at our Teen Leadership Summit and joined 30 Oregon professionals at the Pacific Regional Conference.

Leaders of Tomorrow
Each year, we gather to celebrate exceptional youth from around the state who have demonstrated a commitment to their community, self-growth, and recognition for the path already traveled. Thank you to everyone who supports our state Youth of the Year, including Les Schwab and Swire/Coca Cola for their sponsorship.

With funding from the Ford Family Foundation, 135 teens from around the state attended a full day Teen Leadership Summit in Portland

Thank you to our Teen Leadership Planning Team for leading the way for this years summit!
